I see ... a Pirate... arrrrr!

Today, according to Marcos, is International Talk like a Pirate Day. At first I didn't believe him. But then I decided it was more fun to, so believe him I do.

Yesterday I bumped into Trish. I was happy to see her. She looked, like an angel. Trish has long beautiful hair and kind eyes.

"Hello Trish" I said with a smile.
"Hello!" she said returning the smile. "How's it going?"
"Really well", I said. "I'm happy." And I elaborated a little bit. I told her I've been Acing the technical aspects of the job ... and know to work on my soft skills.

"And you were so worried for yourself." she said with a smile.

I see ... my PacifiCorp Graduation Day Presentation

One day:
One day as we were passing each other in a hallway, Jay, one of our FISH mentors, asked "Hey Francesca, how's it going?." I replied with a smile and said "Jay, I'm on the path." And then I laughed. And he did too.

Today:
Smiles and laughter do a mind, body, spirit and soul good. There's a lot of that here at the call center.

Me Today:
I'm very self aware, and am constantly adjusting in order to improve myself, my performance and the quality of my life.
I have a strong work ethic. I like to work and perform well. I'm also strong willed and that often works to my advantage.

Skills I Bring to the Table:
• I'm very computer literate, and enjoy working with computers.
• I have a strong background in customer service, and enjoy working with people.
• I'm fluent in Spanish.
